Feed your body
It's not rocket science
Health and wellness is not rocket science. It is quite simple: what nature provides is usually the most suitable and nourishing. It is also free or freely available if you take the time to grow it. Breathe and drink deeply. Soak up some sun. Eat raw or little cooked whole, organic, additive and hormone free foods, grown as close to where you live as possible. If you do these simple things, you'll be amazed and how you start to look and feel. Body, what do you require? Above all, be in touch with your body. Listen to it's needs. Have you ever experienced a craving, or the taste of food changing after a mouthful (or glass) or two? Could that be your body is telling you it requires more, less, or something different? Take the time to ask and listen to your body. It really does know what it needs. Not sure how? We can train you. Just ask. What is it about simplicity that we love to complicate? What if being healthy were easy? Read more here.
