Be aware, ask questions
How
many of us rely on health professionals or family members to tell
us what to do to look after our health and well being? Most of us I
guess. It’s easy to do when you’re busy.
What if the best thing you could do to help your family stay healthy and safe was simply to ask more questions? Could it be that easy? Many of us have been trained not to question doctors and other ‘experts’. But all discoveries are made by questioning accepted wisdom. What if that was the key to your health and happiness? Just start asking What if it became a habit? Ask your doctor. Ask your pharmacist. Ask your local or family ‘expert’. Ask yourself.
Then ask yourself: DOES THIS WORK FOR ME? And choose that. Only YOU know what best works for you. Ask your body
What does it require right now? Does it need water, food, or a particular vitamin or mineral?
What is the most effective form of that vitamin or mineral for you, and where can you get it? What does it need to avoid? And how can you avoid it? Who is the best person to know this? YOU! So we can't answer these questions for you. We're here to fuel your curiosity by pointing you to information, tools, services and products, which may not yet have come your way. YOU get to ask the questions and see what works for YOUR body. Need help listening to your body? Just ask us! Campaign for truth in medicine
Would more transparency and accountability in the medical and health profession make it easier to choose for you?
The Campaign for Truth (CTM) is a global citizen-driven consumer advocacy group which recognises the fundamental right of an individual’s freedom of choice in health treatments. CTM recognises that informed choice for treatments in medicine today is the exception rather than the rule. CTM is committed to the distribution of accurate health and treatment information from properly researched sources leading to a citizen's informed choice.
